Can a revision rhinoplasty be performed after silikon 1000 injection in nose?

In our practice, we are specialized in both rhinoplasty surgery and permanent non surgical rhinoplasty treatments with microdroplet Silicon-1000. When performing revision rhinoplasty surgery, the plane of dissection is deep to the silicone so it does not cause inconvenience to the surgeon. However, due to the presence of silicone, the results of revision rhinoplasty may be limited. The silicon need to be removed in order to achieve the desired results. Best wishes! Yes, a revision rhinoplasty can be done. Any, this may be a good opportunity to have the silikon removed (As much as possible). Silikon can cause problems even 20 years later and I, for one, don't recommend it at all.

Yes it can. The Silikon-1000 becomes incorporated into the lower level of the skin. It does not alter the architecture of the nose. The supporting structures of the nose, the infrastructure you might say, is bone and cartilage. The silicone is not incorporated into either of those. I have had personal experience operating on patients who have had the Silikon-1000 injections and it did not compromise the results, nor make the operation any more difficult.
