Hello! I’m quite sad about the alar retraction on my left nostril. I was told it could be fixed 1 year post op with ear cartilage, but I hate waiting that long. I am not having this issue on the right side. How would you fix it? Could it be fixed with a closed revision?

You should discuss your concerns with your surgeon. The diagnosis of nasal valve collapse would require an examination. There are many reasons to be stuffy right now. It is not possible to evaluate your condition without an examination. Hope this helps! Dr Joseph
