Revision rhinoplasty nose collapse & cracking sound, how & when should I fix this? (Photos)

I had rhinoplasty to correct with one side of my valve collapse. It has been 6 months after the surgery and my breathing is very limited as I feel like my nose is blocked. What is worse: when I try to sleep my nose completely falls on the side of my face like if it was plastic rubber. I continiously notice a little crack sound on the seperation of the bone with the cartilage. How and when should I fix this as 1 year looks eternity for a nose deformity like this? Thank You!

Answer: In general, revision rhinoplasty is best considered when your swelling from your first surgery is gone.
Based on your photos, you appear to have a higher nostril margin on your left. Depending on your condition, microdroplet Silikon-1000 nasal injections may be considered for nostril lowering and improved symmetry. Hope this helps! Dr Joseph
It is impossible to evaluate your condition with a single before and after photo, especially after so many surgeries. Your question would be best answered in-person, after an evaluation and examination. Hope this helps! Dr Joseph
Based on your photos, you do not appear to have an overrotated nasal tip appearance. please consider reasking your question with both before and after photos so we can see what has changed. Thank you. DR Joseph
