You have many options. For the vertical/smoker's lines, a little botox can help, but if the lines are present at rest, I'd definitely add a filler. Laser resurfacing (e.g. ProFractional laser, etc) can also be quite helpful and would help the scars around your mouth. Microneedling +/- platelet rich plasma (PRP) can also help. For stubborn scars, sometimes just cutting them out (surgical scar revision) is not a bad idea.
