I can't start to give enough thanks for what Dr. Waldman and staff has done for me! I had lived with a terrible scar (from skin cancer) on my nose for over 15 years. It was the first thing I saw when I looked in the mirror every day, and made me very self conscious to the point of avoiding photographs. Dr. Waldman told me he couldn't make it go away but could improve it greatly. The results were incredible far beyond what I expected! I had been unhappy with my nose since I was little girl and because it was the same nose as my mother and my aunts, I knew nothing was going to change. After a consultation with Dr Waldman, I decided to proceed with rhinoplasty. I am 6 months post-op and I am super pleased with the results. I have never been asked if I have had surgery so I know the results are not drastic. I have been complimented on my eyes more than ever before which means my nose is not drawing attention anymore. I am much more willing to take selfies with my children now too. I was also very pleased with the service and friendliness of the staff.

The effects of this procedure were profound! I can't believe the results were so incredibly amazing! The first day was pretty painful, but I was prescribed medication to alleviate my discomfort. The most important consideration is to keep the wounds clean and continuously apply polysporin.
I also took particular care not to allow my stitches to become embedded in my skin. I was afraid this would cause scarring. So, I used a mirror (with magnification) and a really good set of tweezers to gently lift the stitches away from the skin so they could become embedded and leave a scar.


Wow! I can't even begin to express my deep gratitude to the real-self pioneers who shared their experiences and paved the way for me to get this done! Thank you!

I have been wanting a rhinoplasty to remove the hump on the bridge of my nose for years. I picked Dr. Waldman because he specializes in facial plastics and is amazing at noses. I can't say enough how amazing my whole experience was! He has great bed side manner, is extremely detail oriented (very important when picking someone to do your nose!), and very intelligent. He took the time to sit down and really listen to what I wanted and also made suggestions based on his expertise, and together made a detailed plan of the changes to be made. His assistant Paula is such a sweet heart and was very helpful throughout the process as well! Everyone I met at his office was very kind and welcoming and very professional. The building itself and Surgical Center are so nice you will feel like you're at a spa! As for my results--its only been 2 weeks since my surgery and I am already in LOVE with my results!!! My nose is exactly how I always imagined in my head how I wanted it to look. He did a beautiful job!! If you want the BEST overall experience and surgeon, I would highly recommend Dr. Waldman!

I had a rhinoplasty with doctor Waldman. My result was AMAZING and exactly what I wanted. The staff was amazing and pain minimal. I would have this procedure 10 times again! I had my nose narrowed and the tip elevated. It looks very natural and no one has ever suspected that I had a rhinoplasty.

This review is long overdue. After a horrific experience with a "renowned" doctor, Dr. Waldman helped fix some of the damage to my face, and I left his office feeling better about myself than I had in half year. Not only did he know more than this so called "expert," but Dr. Waldman is a genuinely compassionate person, as well as an honest and ethical practitioner who is more interested in helping his patients achieve their best cosmetic outcome than in padding his own wallet. He's highly skilled with injections and performed them himself rather than delegating the task to a nurse. I thought I would need 5 or more syringes after what the other doctor did to my face, but was surprised what a major improvement several syringes made. I would highly recommend Dr. Waldman to anyone in the Midwest and beyond!

Every time I leave doctor Waldman's office, I feel so much better. He doesn't just repair my face but also helps build my damaged self esteem. His office is top rated in plastic surgery within Lexington; and in this case, the accolade is well deserved. When I say he knows more than the "top" doctor I saw previously, in specific, I was referring to how he informed me that pre-jowl deficiency is common among genioplasty patients and that the problem can be approached with a bit of filler. He also talked to me about weakening of the muscle because I had a unilateral implant. The other doctor, Dr. Yaremchuk, had told me my entire chin appeared "stuck on," but then I awoke with one side of my jaw having been operated on, unable to move my lip on the affected side and a huge crooked scar under my chin. I wish to God I had seen Dr. Waldman first!

Doctor Waldman has performed rhinoplasties on a number of physicians, and I think that's a good sign that other doctors trust him to work on their noses. I've never had a rhinoplasty myself, but I wouldn't have a problem going to him for any type of facial surgery in the future. I'm about to post some new pics of the Belotero injections.

There are certain celebrity doctors who are all about self promotion and charge outrageous fees for their branded procedures, and then there are other doctors who are highly skilled, providing top quality care, yet not overcharging their patients. Dr. Waldman falls into the latter category.

I have had Botox around my eyes and eyebrow by Dr. Waldman since 2009. I live in Ashland and will drive to Lexington forever to see him and his office staff (Paula) is awesome, I just will not trust anyone else and I plan on having other minor procedures done and I definitely want Dr. Waldman to do them.

So happy with the results. Each picture is a "before and after." After pictures are 12 days post. I tried my best to get comparable before and after photos in the same light, position, etc. Lower bleph was transcutaneous since I needed skin removed. Had little to no bruising and swelling was nearly gone in a week. Wish there could have been just a little more skin taken from under my left eye (the right one is about right), but would rather there be too little than too much. I didn't ask for the neck lift but it was recommended by my surgeon and it was a good call. I didn't get fat grafting. I decided to wait and see how the lift went and will probably try to get a little more volume with fillers. My surgeon also recommended a chemical peel under my eyes and I will probably do that as well.
