Yes, you can dissolve this filler, but it may take multiple injections. In addition, malar edema caused by dermal filler is at times much more difficult to eradicate than other areas.  Even with a dissolving agent, it may require patience and time to see full resolution.  Best of luck, Dr. Giordano

Thank you for the post.  Yes you can use the same product but usually each site has a specifically designed filler.  Softer hydrating fillers are best for the lips, whereas thicker volumizing fillers are best for the cheeks.  Please see an expert.

Hi liliruss.  We can't think of any reason why your injector would propose this option.  Hyaluronidase is the accepted method for dissolving Hyaluoric acid based products like Restylane and Juvederm.  We are not aware that other options will work and would not suggest them.
