and also botox (Xeomin) on the sides of the nose and down on the chin (doctor's advise). I ended up having uneven fillers and also 2 holes on the cheek. I used Hyaluronidase to dissolve the filler but no big difference. What do I need to do? shall i put more dose of Hyaluronidase? any other advise? i look terrible and depressed.

Yes, you can dissolve this filler, but it may take multiple injections. In addition, malar edema caused by dermal filler is at times much more difficult to eradicate than other areas. Even with a dissolving agent, it may require patience and time to see full resolution. Best of luck, Dr. Giordano
