Hi, Just wanted to know How long after Sliding Genioplasty can I get a Rhinoplasty?

It's probably best to wait a few months between both procedures. Alternatively, you can undergo a chin implant, and a rhinoplasty at the same time.

There is no particular timeframe necessary between the two procedures.
If general anesthesia is indicated for the second procedure, then you probably want the genioplasty to be healed up for at least a few weeks before having the second procedure.
I suggest deferring to your providers.
