It is important to note that the breast tissue will not be ‘regained’. It would be typical for some skin tightening to occur - the extent to which this happens is related to skin quality and the ratio of the initial implant volume to breast tissue.

First, "en bloc" is a term used for surgery for cancer patients and not for removal of capsules. Second, the skin is retracted fairly quickly. Third, removal of implants and capsules will not increase breast tissue. No tissue is "regained" unless by hormonal changes or weight gain. The implants have stretched and thinned your tissue and this never thickens on its own.

However, there may be some changes in some people for upto 12 to 18 months. Unfortunately there is so much variability that 'average' is not a very useful concept.Regain breast tissue.
