First, "en bloc" is a term used for surgery for cancer patients and not for removal of capsules. Second, the skin is retracted fairly quickly. Third, removal of implants and capsules will not increase breast tissue. No tissue is "regained" unless by hormonal changes or weight gain. The implants have stretched and thinned your tissue and this never thickens on its own.

I would say on average by 6 weeks you would have a reasonable idea of how the skin will retract and after 6 months I would expect most people will not see much further change. However, there may be some changes in some people for upto 12 to 18 months. Unfortunately there is so much variability that 'average' is not a very useful concept.Regain breast tissue.
