Capsulectomy and mini lift on A cup caused breast folds - Could my lift be too tight? (photos)

It is always difficult to reshape the remaining breast tissue and skin following implant removal and capsulectomy. If massage and maturation of scar tissue doesn't help, then I think a repeat breast lift with rearrangement of your remaining tissue and possibly removal of any loose skin would help. I don't think that the area is necessarily too tight and needs a release, unless your surgeon placed specific sutures along where the depressed grooves are located.

First, "en bloc" removal is for cancer surgery and you did not have this done. Second, you are very early in your healing phase and need to give yourself time to heal. Tissues will relax and may settle down to be perfect. Please be patient.

Your photo indicates you are early in your recovery. Shape may fluctuate as the tissues heal and swelling resolves. I encourage you to follow your surgeon's advice as well as keep all follow up appointments so any concerns can be discussed.
