Fantastic surgeon and delighted with the outcome. Healing very well and everything in good order. Very happy with my results and would highly recommend him. Have told friends about him who have been looking for a good surgeon and he really did a fab job.
Mr Hurren was easy to talk to and I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. He was very professional and it genuinely felt like he was looking out for my best interest. I'm very happy with the results and would absolutely recommend him
I recently had breast reduction surgery with Mr Hurren and it was a great experience all the way through. The consultations were thorough and I felt every care was taken to be sure I would be fit enough for the operation and that I knew the risks. It was encouraging to see what Mr Hurren thought would be possible and it was explained very well. His team were all very lovely too which made the whole experience positive. Post surgery, I am over the moon with the results. The scarring is healing well and is minimal. There was no leaking or any other problem and I didn’t have to replace the dressings when they came off the first time. The follow up appointments have been stress free and helpful. I would 100% recommend Mr Hurren for this surgery.
Reassuring, professional and informative from the very first appointment. He gave me all the information and some so I could make a fully informed decision. The administration surrounding the appointments was efficient and kind so all in all the entire experience was actually enjoyable as well as ending up with a great result! Nothing but positive things to say about Mr Hurren and his team
Mr Hurren is an amazing doctor, really nice patient manner and made me feel very comfortable. I had a pinnaplasty at the Spire portsmouth, the process was easy and smooth. I am so pleased with how my ears have healed. Would recommend seeing Jeremy to anyone thinking of having a pinnaplasty, especially as I felt he would only do the procedure if he felt it was appropriate.
Mr Hurren was super friendly and approachable. I felt really comfortable and was not pressured into anything. I am very happy with my results he has done an amazing job I could not be happier. I would definitely recommend Mr Hurren.
Mr Hurren was extremely thorough in describing what would be involved in brachioplasty surgery during my initial consultations. I was also shown before/after images and sent lots of useful information in order to help make my decision. Once I had decided to proceed, I was very well looked after by the hospital and felt confident that the surgery would be expertly undertaken by Mr Hurren and that I would be taken good care of. Post surgery follow up has been equally impressive.
I had my surgery in late November a fleur de lis abdominoplasty and I couldn't be happier. Everyone at Hurren Plastics was amazing; I believe Jeremy is the best! The results have exceeded my expectations by far and changed the way I feel about myself every day, The care and support I received from Jeremy and the team made recovery much easier knowing they were only a call or email away. I look in the mirror every day to look at my amazing tummy and i can't help but smile :)
I had a tummy tuck and breast lift done together. I cannot fault my whole experience from start to finish. Jeremy Hurren was very understanding and professional throughout. Nothing was to much trouble for him and his team. He was even available out of hours. My end result was above and beyond my expectations. I am so happy with the results and care I received.
My experience of having a tummy tuck with Mr Hurren was fantastic from start to finish ! He listened carefully to what I wanted and gave great advice and expertise. I felt relaxed during my surgery and the after care was very good too! Any time I had any worries I was able to quickly speak to Mr Hurren for reassurance! My tummy looks great! A really lovely, friendly surgeon. Thank you
The problem with scarring is that it is unpredictable. An important part of how someone scars is genetic, scarring is something you inherit from your parents. So the simple answer to your question is a mole like yours can be removed with minimal scarring in some people. However, it is not possible to know how you personally would scar if your mole was removed. I advise you to have an in person consultation with a suitably qualified and experienced plastic surgeon to discuss your concerns and what may be possible.
It is not possible to give you a medical opinion on your problem based on limited information and photographs. You need an in person consultation with an examination. However, it possible to make some general comments about what is typical or may be possible, but you should not consider these a medical opinion on your concerns. However, they may help you to understand potential options. If someone is changing their implants for larger ones after a mastopexy augment it will require an incision to remove and replace the implant. A part of the existing scar can be used. This would usually be either the lower half of the scar around the nipple or part of the vertical scar of the lolly pop. Alternatively a new incision could be made horizontally in the crease under the breast as is usually done for a breast implant operation. This will leave a new scar but in a less visible area. They do not have 'to cut the nipple again'. I advise you to have an in person consultation with a suitably qualified and experienced plastic surgeon to discuss your concerns and what may be possible.
The key question is what result you want? What appearance do you want or would you be satisfied with after surgery? You 'need' an uplift if you want your breasts lifted and your nipples positioned higher on your breasts. An uplift would also potentially reduce the diameter of your left areola which in the picture is larger than your right (assuming this is a feature of your breasts and not just because your right nipple is cold). You do not need an uplift if you would be happy with the results of just having implants. It is important to understand how having implants will affect the shape of the breasts. In particularly implants do not lift the breast and do not lift the nipples on the breasts. This often does not concern people and these people are usually happy with just an implant. In a supportive bra it is not usually visible so it really only matters when you are upright. For most people this is only of consequence when you are looking in the mirror or when being intimate with someone. If your nipples remaining low on the breast will be important to you when naked then you may need to consider an uplift to be happy with the result of surgery.Mastopexy (breast uplift) combined with implants increases the risks of surgery considerably. It is also expensive and adds more scars to the breasts. The degree of lifting and how long the lifting effect lasts can be quite limited. You should think very carefully about this procedure before having it. You should discuss the shape of your breasts after a lift and how long it is likely to last carefully with your surgeon. However, they may help you to understand potential options. A full length diastases rectified or divarication would need exposure of the full length of the rectus sheath in order to repair it. This usually requires a standard abdominoplasty or tummy tuck (same thing). I seldom float the belly button because it does tend to result in it looking abnormally low. For some people it is a good option but not often. The belly button is preserved with TT but there would need to be a scar around the margin of the belly button. There may also need to be a short ~5cm scar vertical scar between the new belly button and the pubis. This is the hole left from where the original belly button was positioned. A mini TT does not give adequate access to repair the length of the rectus diastases. Repairing a diastases does help some people with their core and helps some people with back pain. It is not possible to predict who it will help and there would be no guarantee that repair would help someone's back problems if they had surgery. It makes good sense to lose excess pregnancy weight and get oneself into good physical condition before considering surgery. You also need to consider how you or who would help you look after a baby while you are recovering. If you are planning more children then I would advise you to finish your family before having an abdominoplasty. I hope this helps. I advise you to have an in person consultation with a suitably qualified and experienced plastic surgeon to discuss your concerns and what may be possible. Best wishes and good luck!

However, it possible to make some general comments about what is typical or may be possible, but you should not consider these a medical opinion on your concerns. Al bulge following an abdominoplasty could be due various different things and that is why an examination is necessary and possibly radiological investigations such as an ultrasound scan or MRI may be required.1) muscle separation - divarication of the rectus muscles - often caused by pregnancy or obesity - usually treated with repair of the muscle layer during an abdominoplasty. If you have already had a repair a partial failure of the repair could result in a bulge especially with muscle tensing.2) A hernia - if you had a hernia in the midline then the bulge could be due to fat or bowel from inside your abdomen passing through a hole in the muscle layer. This is relatively unlikely after a rectus repair as hernias would usually be repaired during an abdominoplasty and the rectus repair would reinforce the hernia repair.3) Seroma - a serum is a collection of tissue fluid that can build up in the space left behind after an abdominoplasty. Seromas usually absorb away in the days or weeks after surgery but they can become permanent or chronic. Chronic seromas usually require surgery if they are to be removed. A collection of blood called a haematoma could cause a similar problem.4) excess fat under the skin - sometime people have a pocket of excess fat between the skin and the muscle layer - this is usually best treated with liposuction.5) something inside the abdomen - often fat, but enlargement of any organ from inside the abdomen or pelvis could push the abdomen out. eg pregnant uterus, fibroids etc. Usually this would be a more generalised bulge.6) natural body shape - some peoples natural body shape is one of a prominence of the abdomen.7) a lump or tumour in the abdominal wall could cause a bulge or lump.8) a combination of any of the above. I advise you to have an in person consultation with a suitably qualified and experienced plastic surgeon to discuss your concerns and what may be possible. I suspect that an ultrasound scan might be helpful in clarifying what is causing the bulge. You could ask your surgeon if they would consider referring you for a scan. An MRI scan might be helpful but an ultrasound scan is more dynamic. You can have an ultrasound scan standing up or while tensing the abdominal muscles which may help to give more information. Best wishes
