I wanted to share my incredible experience with Dr. William, exactly 22 days after my surgery.

Achieving the body, you had in your twenties or thirties can seem almost impossible once you reach 50+, no matter how dedicated you are to fitness or yoga. We all know this struggle! Weighing just 102 pounds, I initially worried that I might not have enough fat for the BBL procedure. However, Dr. William's thorough examination reassured me, and the results? Simply stunning—a curvy, natural-looking Ogee shape. Even my best friend's daughter was amazed, thinking I was naturally blessed with these curves.

For anyone skeptical about plastic surgery or body enhancements, let me take you through my 22-day journey.

Days 1-10:
By day one post-surgery, I could use the restroom and walk around with minimal help from my friend. Sleeping on my stomach was a tad uncomfortable, but hey, no pain, no gain! I stayed at a hotel close to Dr. William's office, which was incredibly convenient—no need for Ubers, just short, manageable walks to get a daily message. Pro tip: Invest in a 4-wheel walker. It became my trusty sidekick, offering support around the hotel and beyond.

Days 11-22:
After returning home, I received two additional lymphatic massages. While tracking these down wasn't easy, the FibroGuard and Ogee Roller were lifesavers. Ladies, if you're already investing in surgery, don't skimp on these products. They significantly reduced stubborn fluid build-up, which my massage therapist initially struggled with. At one point, they even suggested a possible ER visit to remove seroma fluid. Thanks to the FibroGuard, Ogee Roller, heat pads, and daily walks (including small heels when possible), the fluid eventually disappeared.

Ultimately, meticulously following Dr. William's pre- and post-op instructions made all the difference. I'm thrilled with the results and confident you will be too! I also want to spotlight the exceptional care provided by Dr. William and his team, both before and after the surgery. Their comfort, warmth, and trust were invaluable during such a significant procedure. One staff member, in particular, Karina, stood out with her sweetness and caring nature, ensuring everything would be fine. Even though I lost my deposit money switching from another surgeon to Dr. William, it was totally worth it. Dr. William, you are the BEST!!!

My experience at Careaga Plastic Surgery has been spectacular. My doctor, Dr. William Schwarz, is exceptional, and his team is outstanding. His coordinators, Mariela and Claudia, guided me throughout the entire process, and I am incredibly grateful for their care. I received a breast lift with implant and i’m in love. surgery was great and fast. recovery was very easy. no pain medication after 3-4 days. healing great no complaints. my breast are a great size for my frame.

I had my first procedure April 30th at Careaga plastic surgery. I had went back and forth on doing this procedure for several years now since I’ve had 5 children. The clinic itself it just at a really nice location, very clean, all of the nurses I called and talked to prior to surgery were always responding quickly & answered all of my questions. After meeting Dr.William at my pre op, I felt more comfortable and that I was making the right decision. After my surgery when I woke up in the recovery room I had a nurse beside me the entire time asking me if I was in pain how was I feeling and offering me water & Gatorade. I’ve heard bad & good stories from others on different clinics and Drs & I have to say for anyone looking to have any work done I highly recommend Dr. William at Careaga, my experience was great!

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience with Karina because her customer service is genuinely exceptional. From our very first interaction, Karina went above and beyond to support me throughout the entire consultation process.

On May 16, 2022, I had my tummy tuck and Lipo 360 with Dr. William — and let me start this review with complete transparency.

I began my research during the COVID-19 pandemic and spent countless hours looking into surgeons both in the U.S. and abroad. After all that research, I kept coming back to Dr. William. His patients’ results spoke volumes — no matter their starting point, the end results were consistently amazing.

One thing I really appreciated was how educational and detailed Dr. William’s videos were. They answered just about every question a first-time patient could have, and probably saved a lot of time for him, his staff, and his patients.

Dr. William doesn’t just deliver excellent results because of his experience — his OGee Lipo technique is next level. He’s also very clear and direct about what he expects from you before surgery. It might come off as a bit tough at first, but trust me — it’s all to ensure the best possible outcome and to respect both your time and his.

I was originally scheduled for May 13, but about three weeks prior, his staff called to reschedule because he had to be on call. I was super frustrated — I had already booked my flight, Airbnb, recovery house, transportation, and more. Thankfully, I was able to shift everything with minimal cost.

Pre-Op Day:
When I finally arrived, I completed what felt like 500 pages of paperwork (lol), and received my prescriptions. The only hiccup was the pain medication — most pharmacies within a 5–10 mile radius were sold out. I highly recommend arriving in Miami a couple of days early to make sure you have all your meds before surgery. You’ll definitely need them.

Surgery Day:
I got to his office around 6 a.m., went back at 7, and was out of surgery by noon. And let me just say — recovery is no joke. The first four days were definitely the hardest. But I stayed on track by following every single one of Dr. William’s instructions to the letter. I didn’t cut corners, and I didn’t try to do things my own way.

I also purchased his faja — and let me tell you, there is nothing else like it on the market. 100% worth it.

I am beyond happy with my results. This is truly one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for myself. Dr. William didn’t just enhance my body — he changed my life. I will be forever grateful

I got breast implants/lift in 2016 at the age of 17 due to loosing so much weight and my breast went from double Ds to almost a B cup and were very saggy. After a couple of years of having them, I noticed they started to sag and unfortunately one implant was encapsulated and my breasts just looked terrible and uneven. This made me extremely insecure, to the point where I didn’t want to take my shirt off ever, my back was hurting from the weight of my breasts and it just made me look bigger than I actually was. After my consultation with Dr.William, he reassured me that a breast explant with a lift would make me feel and look much better, and he exceeded my expectations! I removed my implants, lifted and reconstructed my breast and they are now tiny and beautiful! I have never felt sooooooo free and good about myself like I do now. I’m able to wear any type of shirts I want, and best of all I can sleep facing downwards haha. Best decision I made and one thing I loved about him is how HONEST and straightforward he is. He’s not there to take your money, he actually cares and listens!

My experience with Dr. William has been amazing! I wanted to get rid of the extra fat in my abdomen, and when I found out about the Ogee Lipo, I fell in love with it and knew I wanted him to do my surgery.
