It is hard for me to assess based on your photo exactly what you are referring to. however, you will need to wait 3 months to see how it will truly work out. That is a large volume treatment so hopefully the results would be amazing. I would not repeat anything before assessing your results at 90 days. Best of Luck.

Too early to tell at this point.  Give this time.  I would suggest you massage that area where that lump is.  Also warm compresses help with that as well.  It should improve with more time.  Hope this helps.   Good luck.

Occasionally, CoolSculpting patients find that there are areas which appear to be uneven or lumpy as the results of the treatment are still processing. This may be the result of some residual swelling that still needs to be absorbed by the lymphatic drainage system. placing warm compresses and massaging the area may help. It's important to remember that full results take 3 months to be realized.  When 90 days is up, I would recommend making an appointment with your CoolSculpting provider for a follow up to have an evaluation. Thank you for your question. It is too early to determine what your final result will be. You can massage the area where the lumps is to help smooth it out. Also applying warm compresses to the area will help. This should improve over time. However, if this does persist after 3 months your treating physician can treat the area with more Coolsculpting. I would recommend to go see the doctor that has done the treatment for an evaluation to rule out a rare side effect of treatment, paradoxical adipose hyperplasia.

Likely your fat is still in the process of breaking down and clearing from the area.  During that time there can be areas of sunken and fullness.  If you are still concerned after 3 months please follow up with your treating physician.

It is difficult to know if the lump will persist. Results with Coolsculpt usually take about 3 months. Often times, there can be lumps in the early phases but they usually resolve with time and can sometimes mean that you will get a great result when they resolve. It is too early to tell.  Wait the full 3 months and then compare before and after photos.  If lump persists, make sure to discuss with your provider.  

It is still too early for you final result. I would wait it out. If it persists after 3 months, this area can be "spot" treated with another cycle.
