A combination approach would give the most improvement. Deep wrinkles and smile lines can be improved with a combination of Botox and/or fillers for the lines themselves and to build anatomical support with Sculptra for collagen building. Ultherapy is a great skin tightening device, but works best in combination with other treatments like J Plasma, RF treatments, lasers, microneedling/PRP, salt facials, Cosmelan for skin tightening and improve skin tone. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
There are several different options to take care of the sagging face. At our clinci we use combination of ultherapy and dermal fillers. The ebst recommendation would be after the evaluation of area of concern at the consultation.
Hello, Thank you for your question. There are several fillers that can help give a lift to the cheeks such as Voluma and Sculptra. Voluma can be used to give more of a direct shape. Sculptra can be used in the lateral face to give a lift and directly to give a soft fullness. You will need to consult with a local physician to determine the best course of action for your particular concerns
Hi!!The choice of brand of cheek filler would depend a lot on your providers experience and personal preference.Common options would include- Juvederm Voluma, Belotero Volume or Ellanse, just to name a few.An ideal cheek filler should be of medium consistency- too hard risks lumpiness and unnatural look, too soft will not give enough projection and lead to a subtle result.Do discuss in detail with your trusted provider!
Hi,I absolutely love Voluma for cheek augmentation! I used to use more Sculptra but with since you see the lift immediately with Voluma, patients can tell me during the treatment exactly how much they want to get their desired look.Warmly,Dr. Liu
There are many different treatments that might help you and I recommend seeing a provider that is appropriately trained. The majority of competent providers are now doing complete face analysis rather then just trying to fill lines that might be present. You would get the best results having a formal consult with a provider in Singapore that is competent and appropriately trained but from your description, a filler such as Voluma would likely be part of your regimen.
there are currently 3-4 commonly used fillers for the cheek area, and each as subtle differences. people who global volume may do well with sculptra. voluma works well for this as well. some people require more firm support and Lyft or Radiesse tends to work well for these patients. ultimately the decision should be made with your physician and the goals of the treatments should be discussed with you.good luck!
Thank you for your question payinggg.0. I understand your concern. Fillers are used to restorelost volume in and enhance the appearance of the face. It is difficult to make an assessment without aformal exam in the office where I can view the skin in multiple angles. However,I hope the information provided here is useful.Fillers such as Voluma can be placed in the upper cheeks to restore the youthful apple of the cheeks. This restores volume in this area that is naturally lost over time. At the same time it pulls up on the lower face, which improves nasolabial folds, marionette lines, jowls, and ill-defined jawlines. In general, hyaluronic acid fillers will hydrate the skin because they attract water. For my patients I recommend application of topical hyaluronic acid to enhance this effect by treating the skin both from the inside and outside. Please consult with a doctor for specificrecommendations. Good luck!
Best filler for sagging skin:Bellafill is great for overall effectVoluma is good for mid faceJuvederm last only one year but helps alsoMore important than that is the placement of filler that can have more dramatic effect. Some fillers can be placed under the muscle and above the cheek bone and can have more effect because can actually tighten the muscle cause lifting. As result with less filler can do more.I hope I could answer your question
