Sleeping on the side of your face after a filler treatment to your cheeks will not cause the filler to move. Enjoy your sleep and do not worry about the filler moving.
I would not worry. The fillers will not move anywhere as long as they were injected properly at the appropriate depth. Enjoy your sleep.
The amount of movement you could have from sleeping on your filler is incredibly slight. I would just continue going on with your life and follow up with your physician in 2 weeks to examine the final results. Enjoy your new cheeks.
The filler will be fine. Depending on depth of placement your injector will give you guidance on what to do afterwards.
Filler does not move after injection but you may have swelling immediately after treatment on the side that you have slept on. If you have concerns, be sure to see the doctor that injected you for reassurance and follow up. I can take at least 5 days for filler to "equilibrate" or pick up water and stabilize. I think it always looks best at about two weeks. If you do not like the filler placement or result it can be removed with an enzyme called hyaluronidase as long as it is a hyaluronic acid filler. All the best to you. Alexis Parker MD
