Is Alarplasty/Nostril reduction safe in case of ethnic/thick oily skin type of candidate? What are the indications of poor wound healing. Is there any way to minimize this problem before/after rhinoplasty.

It's absolutely- too early to evaluate this result. Also, without pre-op photos -it's a challenge to comment accurately. Ideally, the nostrils have an identifiable relationship with the columella and surrounding base. The goal is to try to achieve these optimal relationships.
