Can a tip plasty correct my bulbous tip and round, flared nostrils? Hoping to achieve a more lifted and projected nose (photos)

A subtle amount of change could be created by reshaping the tip of your nose in isolation, but for a more balanced change you should consider addressing the shape and contours of your ala/nostrils as well as dorsum concomitantly. Proportions are important, and when the shape of one aspect of your nose changes then often the surrounding portions can appear out of balance if not properly accounted for.

You do not need either. Your nose fits your face and is adding to its beauty. Making the tip or nostrils smaller will take away the present harmony of the face.
I do a lot of Asian Alarplasty and Tip-plasty but only if it will improve the overall beauty of the face.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. Cartilage grafts may also be used to help improve tip refinement. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
