I'm looking to reduce my fat/bulbous nose tip and round/flared nostrils. I'm happy with the width of my nose, so I'm not sure if alarplasty is necessary. The nose tip appears extra fat when I smile! Would a tip plasty suffice to make the nose more lifted/projected, and thus less bulky, flared, and masculine?
