I'm in my 40s and have always hated my bulbous tip and nostrils. I know as we get olderour nose gets bigger so i want to do something about it before i'm too old. I was wondering if it's advisable to reduce the sides of the nostrils and maybe add some cartilage to the tip for a bit of height and definition wihtout breakibg any bones or adding implant/rib to the bridge? The picture of me pinching my nostrils a bit is how i would like my nostrils to look.
