I am pretty fine with my nose overall but I dislike how my nostrils look like. Which procedure do I need to change this? Alarplasty or Tipplasty?

Answer: Both will be needed Hello. To get the result you want, you need to have both alarplasty and tiplasty procedures done. you may go directly rhinoplasty procedure or if you only wanted to do changings on tip you may go alarpplasty and tiplasty same time.
