I am pretty fine with my nose overall but I dislike how my nostrils look like. Which procedure do I need to change this? Alarplasty or Tipplasty?

The result that you are looking for can be achieved with Asian rhinoplasty with alar base reduction. You have made changes to the projection of your tip, along with the shape, width and flare of your nostrils. Alarplasty alone could not achieve this result, but would be used in combination with rhinoplasty to create this look.

Hello. To get the result you want, you need to have both alarplasty and tiplasty procedures done. you may go directly rhinoplasty procedure or if you only wanted to do changings on tip you may go alarpplasty and tiplasty same time.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. Cartilage grafts may also be used to help improve tip refinement. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
