Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. Cartilage grafts may also be used to help improve tip refinement. A chin implant could be performed safely at the same time if you would like. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. You've done a good job evaluating your facial proportions, and based on your photos your chin does appear slightly recessed relative to the middle and upper third of your face. As you mentioned, some degree of recession is certainly acceptable for a female Asian profile. The benefit of chin augmentation will depend on the final projection and shape of your nose, and is a great thing to discuss prior to your procedure with your surgeon.
