In patients with thicker, sebaceous skin, the nose can be reduced in size and width without changing projection, but this will limit the amount of size reduction that is possible. Computer morphing can be performed during your consultation to give you a good idea about the types of changes that are possible while maintaining your current projection.

Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for rhinoplasty. Rhinoplasty is a completely customizable operation. Different people want different things, so it's perfectly fine to leave your bridge alone and simply work on your tip. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert that also has computer imaging so you can see how it could look with either procedure.

Your surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. Cartilage grafts may also be used to help improve tip refinement. If you're not wishing to build up the height of your bridge, osteotomies performed in the nasal bones can accomplish narrowing them, and an alar plasty can accomplish narrowing your nostrils. You appear to have thick skin in the tip of the nose, so there's only going be minimal refinement in that area with a rhinoplasty.

Hello. Adding a new piece of cartilage to your nose would not be the right option. In fact, on the contrary, there is a few millimeters of excess in the arch part of the nose, which we call dorsum.
The biggest problem is the lower 1/3 part of the cartilage, which is very wide and plump compared to the dorsum. Apart from this, since your chin is too small, it causes the nose to look unaesthetic on the face. It causes the upper part of your face to be wide and the lower part to be narrow. I strongly recommend that you consider chin implant surgery.
