I have a big nose: big nasal base, round and bulbous tip, and wide nostrils. I want to make my nose smaller and more femimine. However, based on my research, doctors will have to add height to my nose in order to make it appear smaller. I am comfortable with my current nose height and don’t want it to be taller. Is there other options?

Answer: Asian nose: Highbridge, but big nasal base and bulbus tip If you're not wishing to build up the height of your bridge, osteotomies performed in the nasal bones can accomplish narrowing them, and an alar plasty can accomplish narrowing your nostrils. You appear to have thick skin in the tip of the nose, so there's only going be minimal refinement in that area with a rhinoplasty.
