I’m wondering if being sick will increase chances of infection, or if that should be a concern at 4 weeks post-op?

I had a rhinoplasty 4 weeks ago and came down with a pretty bad cold/flu as of last night. My nose is quite blocked up and tender, and I’m wondering if being sick will increase chances of infection, or if that should be a concern at 4 weeks post-op? Was going to call my surgeon tomorrow to check in, but thought I’d try here first to get some opinions. Thanks!
