I had bbl a few days ago, my butt is way too big after bbl. I know the swelling will go down etc but judging by other peoples butts months after surgery, it won't go down to what I want it to go down to. I will buy an over the butt garment but any other ways of shrinking the but/killing the fat cells?

Answer: Reduction fat from a fat transfer I will reserve judgment about a final volume until you're 3 months from your surgery. Compression now is not a control way to reduce the buttocks volume. You may lose some, none or all of the fat. After 3 months, liposuction can be performed judiciously to reduce the areas of fat that undesirable
