You are still early on the healing process, it can take up to six months to see your final results, so please be patient​. After a BBL, only about 70% of the transferred fat cells will survive, so you ca expect to see a minor reduction in your buttocks. If you have any concerns, I suggest you follow up close with your plastic surgeon.

Before making any decisions, it is important to wait at least three months from the time of the surgery. By that time, the swelling should be fully dissipated and you can make a better decision about the results. 

Be patient.  The swelling in your buttocks will take a little while before the swelling subsides.  Best to be patient you may be very happy with the final result.

If you just had the BBL a few days ago, I would wait at least 3 months before deciding that the buttocks are too large. After 3 months most of the swelling is down and you can better assess whether the buttocks are large. If that is the case, then liposuction can be done to reduce the size of the buttocks. Don't jump the gun!
