I had a Brazilian Butt Lift of 200cc on each side. Does the fat stay better in place if it's transferring less at once?

So I had BBL, doctor got 400cc's out of me and put 200cc on each side of my butt. He said that fat is more likely to stay and not absorb when transferring less at once. This is because of body is creating blood circulation faster and better there. Is this true?

200cc per side is a very low amount of fat and it is likely that your results will not be very impressive. Sorry. It is common for those of us that do 6-8 BBLs per week, that we place 1000-1800cc per side - and absorption rate should be very low when done correctly.

Thanks for the question and provided information as well. 
After a BBL, about 70% of the transferred fat cells will survive, but this should last permanently, with exercise and a clean diet. Lifting, squats and lunges after a BBL will only help increase muscle bulk and definition and achieve a more projected buttocks.
If you have any concerns, I suggest you follow up close with your plastic surgeon.

No one knows for sure that if you inject less it will take better.  On the other hand what is the upper limit during one session?  No one knows for sure. I have put in  more than 1000cc's in each buttock and they seem to do well.  But on the other hand, if you do inject so much that it is too tight, it makes sense that the pressure may cause problems with vascularity to the tissues.
