The men in my family just weren't blessed with big butts and though I've been working out and weight training for over a year, I just can't seem to lose my belly or tone my butt up the way I'd truly like to have.  I also want a lipoabdominoplasty and have uploaded pictures of my stomach so you can see how much donor fat I have. Is it possible for me to get these kinds of results with a Brazilian Butt Lift?Thanks!

HelloYou can have all of this procedures done at once.I recomend a lipoabdominoplasty as you said and also a  Brazilian but lift with preservation of a little bit of fat in the flanks if you want a more masculine result.Also lipo to the lower back to give you a better contour.

You are an excellent candidate for a brazilian butt lift, which involves liposuction and then transfer of that fat to your buttocks. While this is most commonly done on women, I have many men who have undergone this procedure with me. Make sure to find a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in BBLs. They should perform at least 6-8 BBLs per week and also have experience with men. Make sure they can show you over 100 before and after pics of their own patients or else they lack the experience that you want (and deserve). Make sure some of those pics are of men as well. You are a good candidate for a lipoabdominoplasty with fat transfer to the buttocks (i.e. a Brazilian butt lift) and should have great results. Based on your pictures, you are a great candidate for liposuction with BBL, and I think you'll get very good results. 
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a nice round shape.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

one of the best Brazilian but lift I have performed was on a male. Men seem to have more flank, or love handle, fat to harvest and graft. The issue of doing a tummy tuck at the the same time is controversial. Though I often do both I prefer staging them for two reasons; safety and convenience. Surgeries that take more than three hours to perform carry greater risks,v and laying on your stomach after a Brazilian butt lift is a pain. See a board certified plastic surgeon who has done a ton of Brazilian butt lifts and you will be in good hands. Ask to talk to a patient who -like you- had this surgery. Don't settle for vague answers and make sure you like the surgeon and staff before going ahead. Good luck.

Liposuction would be the way to go to treat your lipodystrophy in the abdomen and flanks.  The fat from the liposuction then could be used to fill in the upper part of your buttock but in a way that's not feminine.  Usually the buttocks in men are more muscular looking than in women.  The fat grafting obviously would not create a muscular look but it would help define it better than what you got now.  As long as you have reasonable expectations, this would work well for you.
