Are my JP Drains insertion sites infected? (photos)

Today I had my 2 JP drains removed by a home health care provider as I could not travel 3.5 hrs to my surgeon's office (he gave me permission to do this). I am 9 days post-op on my BBL. But I had noticed about 2-3 days ago redness & soreness at the insertion sites. I had dressings around the drains and changed them daily after showering. Now that they are out, it looks like they may be infected a bit. How should I treat them? Neosporin? Thoughts? Thanks in advance for replying.

I had a Brazilian Butt Lift of 200cc on each side. Does the fat stay better in place if it's transferring less at once?

200cc per side is a very low amount of fat and it is likely that your results will not be very impressive. Sorry. It is common for those of us that do 6-8 BBLs per week, that we place 1000-1800cc per side - and absorption rate should be very low when done correctly.

Regarding hair extensions, if only adhesive is used it's fine, but metal is not (microbeads). Metal can act as arc to the cautery used during surgery. Everywhere there's metal attached to the body, there is a chance of a spark or burn.While it's not sure to happen, there's no guarantee...

Is it possible to still have swelling 7 weeks after a Brazilian Butt Lift?

This is very possible and it could take up to 6 months or so for all the swelling to subside. However, generally, you should be able to get a better idea of your results after about 3-4 months.
