Will working out burn fat from Brazilian Butt Lift?

Question

I am considering getting a buttock fat transfer, I'm a petite girl I weigh 120 5'2 . I am wondering if the fat that is transferred will burn off thru time or with exercise? I wouldn't want to spend so much money to have the results be temporary.

Working out by itself will not reduce the size of your butt.  If you lose body fat percentage, some of the fat of your buttock will be reduced as well.  If you gain weight, the buttock will be larger.Kenneth Hughes, MDLos Angeles, CA

Thanks for the question and provided information as well. 
You can maintain your BBL results with exercise and a clean diet. Lifting, squats and lunges after a BBL will only help increase muscle bulk and definition and achieve a more projected buttocks.
If you have any concerns, I suggest you follow up close with your plastic surgeon.

The fat transferred to the buttocks will act the way the rest of the fat on your body does. If you work out and lose body fat, your buttocks size could decrease in proportion with the rest of your body; if you gain weight your buttocks will increase in size in proportion with the rest of your body.

Fat that is placed in BBL once stable will last forever. However if you lose weight, just like in other areas the fat may shrink.
