I am considering getting a buttock fat transfer, I'm a petite girl I weigh 120 5'2 . I am wondering if the fat that is transferred will burn off thru time or with exercise? I wouldn't want to spend so much money to have the results be temporary.

Ideally you do not want to sit on your buttocks for any length of time during the early post-op period. I usually allow people to sit by about two weeks and then moving around regularly as well.
Quite often there is redness at the site of the drain removal that represents inflammation and healing rather than cellulitis or infection. Always best to check with your surgeon.
