I’m experiencing some issues three years post operation. My left breast has become slightly flat on bottom just wondering what this could be. I can still move the implant easy, it seems soft no tightness. Just a bit higher and bottom have what appears to be flat and not round shape. Can also feel what seems like a ripple at bottom.
