Do you think it is possible to change from 390 UHP to 330 HP, without a lift, adjusting the pocket?

Good afternoon!Absolutely- a simple 60cc reduction in volume can be easily remediated with the Original Internal Bra, my strong permanent internal suturing technique which reduces the pockets to match your new, smaller implants!

Your breasts are too low on the chest wall and you already have a capsular contracture.  An alternative to consider is explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method.  The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage.  Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained, if not injured during your previous surgery.  Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.  Implants are not lifetime devices.  8% fail within the first year and 30% fail within six years.  Fat transfers are permanent and incorporated into the body.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

determining whether you need simply a breast augmentation versus a breast lift can be somewhat complicated. It depends on a number of factors including skin laxity and current nipple position. Generally speaking, if the nipples are lower than the inframammary line the patient will most likely need a breast lift. If the nipples are at or above the inframammary line we can generally get by with just a breast augmentation depending on the size of the implant the patient wants. I often still using implant when I perform a breast lift because it provides more upper breast fullness after the lift. To be sure a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon will help determine what the patient actually needs.

I would need to specific  measurements but it does appear you need a lift along with the implants. Your left side drops significantly. The capsule in the other side is holding the breast up to some degree making it appear higher up.

Once the capsule is removed and the implants are decreased, you will know that a lift will be needed even more. Both breasts are sagging now.
