How many lbs above my goal weight should I be to prepare for a fat transfer to the breasts?

I am 5'10." and currently 15lbs above my goal weight. I have been my goal weight before, and I liked how 90% of my body looked, I just wished that my upper thighs and arms were thinner and that my breasts were less flat, so I thought a fat transfer would be appropriate. I plan on 1-2 transfer rounds, no more. My current BMI is around 21, my goal weight BMI is around 19. I have been approved for a fat transfer, but I was wondering if I should lose 5lbs to get closer to my goal weight or if the 15lbs is a proper buffer. Additional context: I am 30 and fairly active, doing a mix of weights, cardio, and active hobbies like rock climbing and hiking, and I am 90% satisfied with my body and just want some contouring. Is 15lbs on a 5'10.5" frame an appropriate buffer, too much, or not enough? Thanks!
