I have noticed rippling - Can I get a fat transfer one year after having breast augmentation to fix this? (Photos)

I’m 5’9 & got 440 moderate sillimed implants in April. I go to the gym and i might have lost weight & now the impants are rippling and a bit wonky? Just after some advice. Thanks

Based off your photos - there is noted medial rippling based off the limited photos seen. One breast is slightly lower than the other (which is normal as every breast is asymmetric). The area that has some rippling can be potentially fixed with some fat grafting or transfer. One other suggestion would be to upgrade implants to more cohesive silicone (meaner harder silicone) so there is less rippling like Motiva or other brands that have a higher level of implants. The fat grafting would be harvested from somewhere (inner thigh, lower tummy, love handles) and used to the areas where you have rippling if there's some subcutaneous fat layers there - the graft will likely take and help add thicker layers to cover the implant; versus if it is just skin and implant - then less likely for the fat graft to stay in that area and survive. Seek out a few surgeons for different opinions and go from there. Good luck.

Thank you for posting your question and pictures here !Please don't take the following advice as medical advice but more as an opinion since I haven't examined you and i am not privy to your medical history . 
There are different ways of dealing with rippling including fat grafting , fat grafting can be done a year after placement to help thicken the tissues above the implant and to better camouflage it but that being said I would discuss the issue with your surgeon as to address the root cause of the issue .
in certain situations it might be appropriate to change the type of implant to something that has less of a rippling issue , or to change the placement of the implant if it is above the muscle placing it under etc ... so a discussion with your surgeon might be helpful in making that decision .
