Excruciating back pain since. Help! I've tried trigger point injections, PT, massage, an athletic therapist. Nothing is helping. MRI didn't show anything specific. I just need ideas of what else it could be. This is destroying my life. Worked out daily before surgery and can barely function after, and since, surgery. The pain radiates from my back throughout my pelvic area with burning sensations in lower back. My Dr didn't know what could be causing it. Not sure where else to go.
