Is there a way to stretch the skin around my nose before I have the revision because I don't want my nose to still look small and short after the second surgery? Thank you!

Hello. Since you did not send a photo with your question, I am not sure how accurate and clear our answer can be. However, in cases where the noses have been reduced too much, if the skin is thin or if there were problems with the skin related to the surgery, fat injection can be done to solve these. Revision can also be done after waiting a few months.

Without posted photos, and the benefit of physical exam- it's difficult to comment accurately. I suggest that you seek a Board Certified PS with extensive Rhinoplasty experience  in the US and discuss your options after exam is conducted

Hello and thank you for your question. You don’t need to try to stretch your skin prior to surgery. Just make sure you are going to a surgeon who specializes in this type of revision with lots of longterm before and after pictures demonstrating real results. With good surgical technique, you could likely have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
