I am hoping to get some kind of lifting of face done but also hoping to get revision rhinoplasty. Should one do lifting before rhinoplasty because the lifting could mess with the way the nostrils sit after perfecting the nose? Ideally I would do face before nose but the rhinoplasty feels more feasible for me to do sooner so I’d love to know if that order of operations would create less than ideal result and a need for another nose touch up later… Thank you

From these photos, it seems that, even ignoring the red, your nose doesn't need the bump there. Maybe there's a case for going in and removing the graft that sits there, if it's causing the red and a noticeable bump?
