Should you wait until desired lifting facial procedures are done before doing revision rhinoplasty?

This depends on your goals for the long/term.
Surgery is a commitment that can be worked on in stages. Take your time as you consult and find your surgeon for this that shares the same long-term vision.
The answer will vary patient to patient.
You could design the face according to the nose or the nose according to the face. It’s about proportion and balance in the rest of your features.
If your goal of the facelift is downsizing the face that is entirely different than a facelift tailored to aging and deep-set wrinkles.
Or if your nose is large, it may better to start step by step and balance your features before altering the face shape or size.
All can be discussed for your individual case with your surgeon of choice during the consultation process.

Much more information is needed, such as a full set of facial photograph all angles to make sure you're a candidate for both a facelift and a revision rhinoplasty. Both procedures can certainly be done together under one anesthesia with one recovery.
