Would placing grafts on the sides of my nose minimize the appearance of indentations and dark contours? (photos)

After my rhinoplasty, my nasal tip is far too narrow for my round face. My surgeon sutured the top cartilages too closely together, which is why the sides of my nose tip were insufficiently supplied with blood, causing the skin to turn white and become heavily scarred. I also dislike the dark contour from the protruding cartilage (red circled area). Is it possible to put grafts in the sides so that this dark contour and the indentation disappear? How dangerous is this in terms of new scarring?

Filler will not make your columella or tip more symmetric.
Resecting the caudal septum will not elevate your tip.
Resecting the depressor septi muscle will not shorten your nose.

From these photos, it seems that, even ignoring the red, your nose doesn't need the bump there. Maybe there's a case for going in and removing the graft that sits there, if it's causing the red and a noticeable bump?
