Which should I do first; fat removal or bone reduction?

I would ideally do it all in one, but if not feasible for you, set the contour of the bone, let the soft tissue adapt and heal, then treat the soft tissue after a few months if you still need to. There is a scenario with contouring the bone that the soft tissue adapts well enough such that you don’t need fat removal. I presume you have some jawline jowling and buccal excess. If you are reducing cheeks, you are probably going to come right across buccal fat as well which is part of why I prefer to do them at the same time. My advice for you is talk about it with whomever you decide to work with and have them explain their thought process…if it makes sense and they are experienced, go with their recommendation.
