My right side has always been significantly fuller and bigger that my left. I would love to know my options to make my right side smaller. I don’t really want to add an implant or filler to my left side to gain fullness because I have close set eyes and a smaller mouth so a wide face wouldn’t suit me. Any suggestions on reduce the right side? I’ve included an edited photo of what I’d like to achieve.

V-line surgery is a mandible surgery targeted to contour and slim the jaw. It targets the angle of the mandible, the jaw, and the chin. The objective is to give you a more delicate and narrow mandibular line. The surgery consists of mandible osteotomy of the bone.
I'm afraid the answer depends on a lot of things such as your age and skin condition. As I only have these two pictures to compare, most likely to get a more V-shaped lower face I would be inclined to recommend Jaw Reshaping.
Yes - a jaw shaping procedure can be used to get your jaw more narow, v-shaped, and symmetric. TMJ is not likely to improve from this surgery, however.
