What can I do to correct asymmetry in the cheek and jaw area? (photos)

Your chin is asymmetric as well, so I would correct that with a genioplasty and then contour the jawline on both sides to balance out the entire jawline. You can’t really contour the chin alone because the soft tissue won’t adapt when you reduce by contouring. You have an asymmetry that begins in your upper jaw, so doing double jaw surgery would be the total fix, but obviously a lot more recovery. You also need to make sure your jaw joints are OK bc that’s where it looks like the asymmetry is coming from. Very subtle asymmetry in the upper jaw, but if it is more asymmetric now than 2y ago, or is more so in 2y from now, there could be some late growth or something else that needs to be monitored.
