What type of jaw procedure would I be good candidate for? (Photo)

I have a typical broad asiatic face, with a pronounced jaw. I have tried masseter botox but did not see results. I am considering a lower face lift or a jaw reducting surgery. I still want to keep the angularity or my face but would like it less broad and uneven.

I'm afraid the answer depends on a lot of things such as your age and skin condition. As I only have these two pictures to compare, most likely to get a more V-shaped lower face I would be inclined to recommend Jaw Reshaping.
Yes - a jaw shaping procedure can be used to get your jaw more narow, v-shaped, and symmetric. TMJ is not likely to improve from this surgery, however.

If the entire movement was small then perhaps a reduction can improve your results. I prefer performing a reduction by shaving the bone and it is best performed from an submental incision. In some cases, reduction with a bur is all that is necessary. This approach will not compromise chin and...
