I like the look when I pull back the skin on my jaw upwards to reveal more of mg bone structure. I’m guessing im pulling bsck more than just slin, so would that look still be achievable with just a lower facelift or do I need jaw surgery?

Yes - a jaw shaping procedure can be used to get your jaw more narow, v-shaped, and symmetric. TMJ is not likely to improve from this surgery, however.

Well, there are no photographs attached so it's hard to know what the deformity is. However, we can typically address things like this. We'd want to see where you have an excess or lack of tissue and determine a good course of action.
