I'm not happy with how the bottom half of my face looks, shape-wise. I'd like to get a V-line jaw so that it's smaller and more even. One side of my jaw is bigger and makes my face look lopsided, too. I'm looking for a permanent fix. Would jaw shaving would be the right route? Otherwise, would there be anything I could do to help with my TMJ? Just an afterthought, not too important.
