Hi, 8 months ago I had a chin wing, the movements were small (I’m 35F). I had a recessed chin with a saggy bottom lip that’s now been solved, but my face went from V to U. It looks longer and burlier, and I hate it so much I’m considering reversal/reduction. My questions: 1. Can a reversal/reduction be done without compromising chin support? 2. Will it cause neck/chin tissue sag, and can something be done to prevent it at the same time? Thank you.
