Hello! I’m a 25 year old and I feel like my face looks so old lately. I did previously have to dissolve some improperly placed cheek filler. What can I do to make my face shape appear younger and help soften these lines I’m noticing in shadows?

You have beautiful facial features and there are no surgical procedures to improve anything. The texture and smoothness of the skin can be improved with microneedling, chemical peels, and CO2 laser resurfacing. I would look for an office that can help you improve your skin quality.

In general, you have a youthful appearing face. I see some slight stepoffs along the tear trough area that can best be corrected with Restylane Eyelight. Some mild sagging of the lower face, however it would take an in person exam to see if filler would be able to help with this. The main characteristic that we evaluate for "lifting" filler is how prominent your cheekbones are. This is best done in person.

You would benefit from the natural tightening effect of all therapy, which is an ultrasound based treatment. Sculptra, which is a collagen, forming injection would also be a good solution. Also, I recommend not overfilling your lips as this can cause nasal folds to look even more obvious. Some filler directly in the nasal folds might be a more direct (aka cheaper) solution.

Hi! I'd be happy to answer your question. I recommend neurotoxin in your DAO muscles. This will help minimize the shadowing you are seeing at the corners of your mouth. Cheek filler when done by a properly trained injector can really lift your tissue off your nasolabial folds minimizing their appearance.

I would start by dissolving the filler that you have in the lower eyelid. Once that’s done, I would do fat grafting on you in order to create some cheek and lower eyelid volume in the most natural way possible.
