What is this on the left side of my face? (Photo)

Hi there and thank you so much for reading this. I noticed the left side of my face had a raised skin patch in certain lighting about three years ago when I was 30 years old I have absolutely zero wrinkles. I stay out of the sun and everything else is super tight. I think it’s inflammation of some kind and I thought it was fillers that migrated so I got everything dissolved and it was still there. It’s only on the left side. I have absolutely nothing on the right side, please help. Thanks.
