Fillers for facial rejuvenation? Which procedure would minimize the appearance of laugh lines? (photos)

You seem to have a good cheekbone structure and only mild sagging of the lower face. In your case, I try not to use fillers as using fillers on those with high or prominent cheekbones can look "overfilled." I would recommend a facial sculpting device, such as EMface or Trilift, to give a bit of radiofrequency and muscle stimulation in order to keep the tissue and muscles in your face a bit fuller. Hi! This depends on what you've done/already tried. First and foremost is maximizing your skincare and collagen since you stop making collagen in your 20s so now you have 20 years to catch up on. This is going to mean all kinds of topicals but also considering lasers/peels/microneedling depending on different areas/goals/your skin type. Botox/filler would also help.

By coincidence, I have a patient a week ago the same age with exactly the same problem. I used a low viscosity, malleable HA filler to elevate and smooth the area. The results are immediate and typically a "Wow!" Since especially the uppermost portion of the smile lines is not an area for injection by novice, inexperienced injectors, you would be wise to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist injector. In experienced hands, the treatment should take no more than five minutes or so to perform and engender little to no significant downtime. It's more like a "lunchtime beauty fix."
