NucleoSkin Injection for darkness under my eyes?

I am trying to do my research on a product called NucleoSkin for darkness under my eyes. It contains hyaluronic acid and polynucleotide. I can't seem to find much information. Is this fairly new? Please share your thoughts. I am told this is an injection.

NucleoSkin is described as an injectable that combines hyaluronic acid (HA) with polynucleotides (PNs) for under‑eye rejuvenation. It is relatively new compared with traditional tear trough fillers, which is likely why you are not finding extensive long‑term data.

Hyaluronic acid is well established in the tear trough area. It works by restoring volume in patients who have hollowing, which reduces shadowing and can improve the appearance of dark circles caused by structural depression. Polynucleotides are used in some regenerative or “skin booster” treatments and are thought to support hydration, collagen stimulation, and overall skin quality. In theory, combining the two may address both volume loss and crepey texture.

That said, published data specifically evaluating this exact product for infraorbital dark circles appear limited. Much of what we know about HA comes from robust clinical experience and studies, while evidence for polynucleotides in the under‑eye area is still emerging. If darkness is primarily due to pigment or visible vessels rather than hollowing, an injectable may provide limited benefit.

Because this is an injection in a delicate, high‑risk area, technique and injector experience are critical. Swelling and bruising are common short‑term effects. More serious complications, though rare, can occur with any filler placed around the eyes.

If you are considering it, clarify whether your concern is volume loss, pigmentation, or vascular show‑through, and ensure the injector has significant experience with tear trough anatomy and complication management.
