I have a very sunken tear through but I have a lot of water retention under eyes (sometimes I wake up with huge eye bags that are full of fluid and last for days, while other days I don't have any eye bag), I always have deep hollow tear throughs. I don't want to have surgery as I don't always have eye bags. I would like to fill the tear through, but as I am so prone to under eye edema, I am afraid the filler will make it worse. Is there any other option left to treat my problem?

It was difficult to say from the photo, but it did appear that there was some swelling under the eyes, as well. The swelling, if indeed present, has been termed under-eye "puffy pillows," and is believed to result from an inappropriate choice of filler for this thin, delicate region and/or too...
My recommendation is always fat transfer or fat repositioning for the upper eyelids instead of fillers. Fat transfer is a better way to fill upper eyelids because it's your own tissue and will have less/no reactions. When the fat is transferred it survives for a lifetime. There are some options...
I highly recommend against injecting fillers or Kybella. They are not natural and do not perform well overtime. Jowl micro-liposuction is a reasonable option. I would recommend finding an American Board of Plastic Surgery certified surgeon with experience in facial surgery.
