Hey there-- I have pretty severe scoliosis (72/50/25 degrees curves), which was made worse after having children (I used to be 5'11", now I'm 5'9"). After my 2nd child, my ab muscles have stretched considerably; and I have a hard time activating my core. This causes some pretty irksome back pain; as I constantly feel unzipped! Would a tummy tuck/muscle repair help with scoliosis back pain? (I've done exercise programs that help temporarily, but as soon as I stop the pain returns)I have always had stretchy muscles (I used to belly dance, and could make my stomach look realistically look 8 months pregnant for laughs). Now though, after two kiddos, and a tummy that (when relaxed) look five months pregnant all the time, would muscle repair help? (I've never had much belly fat and have always been in good shape; just wondering what type of results I can expect?)

Thank you for your question and photos. Based on these photos and BMI of 30 you can have a tummy tuck with muscle repair (+/- mesh reinforcement) and liposuction of your torso. It is encouraging, that when you are lying supine, your abdomen is flat and most likely you do not have significant...
