I had gastric bypass 12/12/17 and lost 134 pounds. I’m 26 years old. I’m just just trying to get an honest opinion without everyone throwing a tummy tuck on me because they believe I’ll have excess skin. I know 134 pounds was really a whole other human that i dropped on when it comes to weight lol. But I’m 6’0 so a lot of the weight plays in my height. I just felt like lipo 360 and a bbl would have smooth me out maybe ? But a tummy tuck will sea the deal on my frame ? I weigh 210
Answer: Tummy tuck I could tell just from your story about the weight loss that you would be an ideal case for a tummy tuck. You could have selected liposuction if other areas as well. I’m not a fan iIf the bbl at all. A useless procedure and a waste of money in my opinion.

Answer: Tummy tuck and liposuction Seeing your pictures, you have lot of excess saggy skin in your abdomen. There is no two doubt that you need a tummy tuck along with Liposuction 360 degrees. So, just go for it. Just the Liposuction without Tummy tuck will not tighten the skin and you will be left with in fact have much more lose skin than existing, if you do just Liposuction. So, please consider a Liposuction 360 with tummy tuck. Maybe a buttock augmentation can be added, if you want a better buttock contouring. However, go for a tummy tuck for sure.

Answer: Deciding what’s best: tummy tuck or lipo 360 plus transfer? (Photo) A patient may need a TT to take care of the skin and abdominal wall laxity in the front of the body. However, some patients may have loose skin on the back, buttocks, or lateral (outer) thighs as well. This is referred to as a posterior lower body lift. The tummy tuck and the posterior lower body lift performed at the same time is a lower body lift. Your BMI (28.5) falls within the acceptable range to have the LBL.

Answer: The best procedure to look wonderful It is great what you have achieved by losing weight!!! Wonderful job!!!You have developed significant saggy skin on your abdomen, lovehandles, your muscle appears to be loose also which is causing a bit of the protruding look, so you will be a perfect candidate for an After Weight Loss Surgery not just a lipo or a Tummy Tuck which will only produce poor and conservative results. You will be candidate for Lower Body Lift in order to remove excess skin but also lifting which will be a rejuvenation of the bottom body: lifting of mons pubic, front and outer thighs, lifting of buttocks and tightening of lovehandles, combining with muscle repair to create an attractive flat abdomen and smaller waist. And definitely o round add some lipo to waist and lovehandles and fat grafting to buttocks to add curves So this combination of procedures will have a specific goal: make you look your age, a 26 YO woman with a tighter tissues, firmer and more juvenile figure.Be encouraged!!Dr Cárdenas

Answer: Breast lift and tummy tuck with mesh After losing 134 lbs, I would begin with your breasts first. The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. In terms of your abdomen, you will need a tummy tuck. If you are not planning future pregnancies, I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight. You will probably need a circumferential lift to pull up your back and buttocks.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
