I had gastric bypass 12/12/17 and lost 134 pounds. I’m 26 years old. I’m just just trying to get an honest opinion without everyone throwing a tummy tuck on me because they believe I’ll have excess skin. I know 134 pounds was really a whole other human that i dropped on when it comes to weight lol. But I’m 6’0 so a lot of the weight plays in my height. I just felt like lipo 360 and a bbl would have smooth me out maybe ? But a tummy tuck will sea the deal on my frame ? I weigh 210

Answer: Breast lift and tummy tuck with mesh After losing 134 lbs, I would begin with your breasts first. The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. In terms of your abdomen, you will need a tummy tuck. If you are not planning future pregnancies, I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement. The mesh creates a more hourglass figure by compressing the abdominal wall resulting in early satiety and helps maintain a reduced weight. You will probably need a circumferential lift to pull up your back and buttocks.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
