I can't feel it, so that is not a problem; but looks wise, I'd love to get rid of it. What kind of mole removal would be recommended, and would the fact that it is on my eyelid and not somewhere else change anything?

Based on your photograph, you could have your eyelid mole excision safely performed. Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.
