My measurements last year were 34-28-35, and rn they're 34-30-36. I gain fat easily in my lower stomach and have love handles. I wanna contour the body to give it a less rectangular shape (more pear or hourglass). I've gone in for a consult and they focused more on the lower half, if those are reduced will my waist shape or size also be affected? The fat there isn't AS pinchable as the stomach. If they also applied two little ones horizontally to each side of my waist would that help reduce it?
