Now in my mid 30's, it is starting to bother me as it has gotten more noticeable along with the line/crease. Is botox safe to treat the crease?
Answer: CoolSculpting Safe on My Neck Roll? ThermiTight Is Best for Neck ThermiTight combined with liposuction can make a phenomenal difference on your neck. Liposuction removes excess fat and ThermiTight tightens the skin. CoolMini is great for removing fat from under the chin, but it wouldn’t be my first choice to treat a neck roll. Consulting with a board-certified dermatologist will allow you to settle on a combination therapy that works best for you.

Answer: Coolsculpting for the Chin Candidate--add Kybella, thermage, ultherapy, exilis, VASER, ThermiRF Coolsculpting is good for removing fat under the chin, but a combination approach with other treatments is needed to get the most improvement with non-invasive options. I recommend Coolsculpting along with Kybella, thermage, ultherapy, exilis. VASER liposuction in combination with ThermiRF is the best alternative for contouring the chin, if you're a candidate. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Removing fat of neck and neck rolls Dear NikkiDT:Your pictures show a significant fullness of the lower neck extending to the sternocleidomastoid muscles laterally and inferiority to the clavicle and a lesser degree of fullness of the submental, mid neck and submandibular areas, associated with some laxity. If I were seeing someone with your anatomy, I would evaluate the entire neck region for an enlarged thyroid and less likely enlarged submandibular glands or adenopathy (lymph nodes). If these issues were excluded, ThermiTight radiofrequency treatment using a tiny cannula under the skin be tailored to reduce fat while tightening the skin of all of these areas. You would have a single treatment and begin to see results within two weeks, possibly 4, and the complete response would be achieved by 6 months. CoolSculpting cannot be performed on the lower neck. Kybella is a possibility although the lower neck is “off-label” and you would not to be able to treat the fat adjacent to the sternocleidomastoid muscles.I hope this gives you some helpful ideas!Dr. Clark

Answer: Is CoolSculpting safe to treat my neck roll? I've always had a thick neck. Thanks for your question and we always recommend that you have a consultation with a board certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon. You need to have a thorough consultation and examination to see if you are a proper candidate. Will the applicator for CoolSculpting work in this area – if so, then great. If not, then you can learn the other options that are out there including RF skin tightening or Kybella. Have the right consultation and learn the best treatment options for you.

Answer: Coolsculpting for neck Coolsculpting is an excellent nonsurgical option for fat reduction. When a patient has loose skin, it should be combined with another procedure to best address a patient's needs.
